Consent & Privacy

1. What you share with us

When you participate in the “We Are EGNS… and Proud” campaign, you may share with us:

• Your full name and your relationship to EGNS (Student, Parent, Teacher, Partner, Alumni).
• Your branch (Talkha or Tanta).
• A photo or short video.
• A short message explaining why you are proud of EGNS.
• Optionally, your social media handle.

2. How we may use your submission

By submitting content and ticking the consent box, you grant EGNS – Egyptian German Nursing School the right to display and share your content for non-commercial educational and campaign purposes on:

• The official EGNS website (www.egns-school.com).
• The EGNS German learning portal (www.egns-school.de).
• Official EGNS Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels.
• Internal EGNS marketing materials (printed and digital).
• The dedicated EGNS broadcast / TV channel.

We will not sell your content. We will not use it for unrelated commercial advertising.

3. Review before publishing

Every submission is reviewed by the EGNS administration team before it appears publicly on the campaign website or social channels. The team may:

• Approve a submission for public display.
• Edit the caption text for clarity and tone (without changing your meaning).
• Reject submissions that do not meet our community guidelines.
• Feature outstanding submissions on official EGNS channels.

4. Participants under 18

If the participant is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must:

• Provide their full name during the upload.
• Tick the guardian consent checkbox on behalf of the minor.

Submissions from minors without guardian consent are automatically rejected.

5. Withdraw consent / request removal

You may withdraw your consent and ask EGNS to remove your photo, video or message at any time. The form below sends an email directly to both branches. You can also contact us by phone (see footer of this page).

6. Future social-media publishing

EGNS is preparing technical integration with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. Until that integration is officially activated, all sharing to external social media remains manual — performed by an EGNS administrator after the review and consent workflow is complete. No content is auto-published.
